Privacy statement

We treat each computer with the utmost care to ensure that your data remains confidential. Personal files and emails are never accessed unless requested by you for the purpose of testing or fixing the computer.

If we are required to make a back-up of your data, the back-up files are either deleted or returned to you.

We cannot be held responsible for any potential loss of data during a computer repair.

Regular back-ups are part of responsible computer ownership, and should be undertaken by you prior to bringing the computer in to repair.

We do offer a data back-up service, but cannot guarantee that all data is copied, particularly in the case of virus infected computers or computers with pre-existing hard drive damage.
